We're committed to helping prevent the cycle of homelessness by partnering with social service providers to offer ongoing support alongside housing. We believe housing stability is more achievable when other social needs are addressed. Through partnerships with counties, Coordinated Entry Systems, and community organizations, we aim to create deeply affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families transitioning out of long-term homelessness and into permanent housing. Using a Housing First and person-centered approach, we prioritize long-term housing stability by pairing housing with voluntary wraparound services. Our goal is to create housing that not only addresses homelessness, but helps residents maintain stability and build a strong foundation for their future.
